RN Iohn Ione Burten of Olney for her diseased chest 44. yeres. lame in her back. fallen downe into her legs. a great hoven in her belly body back w^th cold & a trembling ach in her back.

RN Richard Foster of Dunsainger 48 yeres. Ian. 8 die ♂ h 11. ant m. 1600. it rūneth leeke a bloode vp into his ioyntꝭ into his armes & belly w^th a pricking & into his head & then his eyes runne & in the raines of his backe & out of his yarde matter white rūneth. the rūning of the reanes.

RN Iohn Phylip sick ever sinc thursday being the 30 of Decēb \novemb/ sent to me agayne the 4 of Decemb sick very greevously in his hart & body he is swelled in his body from the belly vnto his hart. he is Costive & so hath cōtinued ever sinc thursday last & is very exceeding ill & weeke. Decēber. 4. \die ☾./ h: 9. 15. ant m. 1598 his hart \is good/ & his tonge talketh cheerf but his body swelled.

RN Margaret Tarelton \Thorne/ the wife of Will Tarelton a tealer \of Newport./ 40 yeres old 16 yeres maried sick & hath had her disease growing vppon her this 12 monets {sic} & better quærit novemb. it taketh her every foote. Novemb. 13 die ☾. h. 12. 6. mi 1598. shee was so weak shee could not come but sent her servant mead it ariseth from her hart vpward to her throot ready to stop her winde

RN Raynold Davyes of the glover of Stonystratford sent his boy w^th his water keepeth his bed most of all but sometimes riseth vppon the 11 of novemb^r it took him first, but was very ill handled w^th it vppon die ☉ sent his boy to me for my consell this 16 of novemb die ♃ h. 8. ant m. 1598 he thincketh he took it w^th a bruise he took w^th the caring of hides a yere since. 40 yeres old.

RN Susan Simons of Brodwell 40 yeres old. hath bene mightely troubled w^th a iandish an itch a paine in her hed. & a swelling in her left leg y^t itcheth wounderfully. maij 5 die ♄. h. 3. 22. mi. p m. 1599. not well this 7 yeares. sinc shee had a iaundish. very drie.

RN Goodmā|dy| Nueman of Brodwell. of 45 yeres of age found mutch ease by y^t w^c phisick w^c was given her & wrought vpward & downeward w^th her & shee was very prety well after it for 2 or 3 days. &|b|ut st the thirde day after it tooke her agayne & she is mutch troubled w^th the winde cholick & w^th a hot & drye stomacke. & sent her daugh{t}{er} agayne to me. RN Robart Nichols Fisher of Brodwell of 40 yee{res} sick at times ever sinc whitsontide onc a moone at the chaung cōplayneth especially last weeke thursday & friday & yesterday & keepeth his bed this ♄ about the syde of his bellye cōplayneth of Cold ill by fits y^t nowe he cannot work Novemb. 18. die ♄ h. 11. 1598
